The Psychological Advantages of Sport

We all know how great we feel even when we have just participated in some moderate form of sport and on the flip side how lethargic we feel if we miss taking part in any form of sport or exercise altogether.

There are 4 factors which occur when we play sport:
• Exercise Can Make Us Feel Alive: The parts of our brain which manage how we feel and how we think are anatomically close to those parts of our brain that co-ordinate and manage our muscular movements. Therefore, the chance that one part of the brain has an effect on another part of the brain seems highly possible.

Cricket or Football; You Choose?

Sport in the UK is big business; most games have a large number of fans who follow there every move. With the Olympics around the corner the sports that you follow may have some bearing on what you watch at the Olympics. Cricket and football are two sports that are not contested at the games, they both are very popular but the fans are very different.
